Pricing

We provide edge-to-edge quilting services using computerized patterns. We do not provide custom or free-motion quilting services - if that is something that you would prefer we would be happy to refer you to long arm quilting artists that do provide those services.

If your quit top is larger than 85 inches wide, we are no longer able to assist you, please let me know if you need a referral!

Most quilt patterns are 3¢ per square inch.

There are a couple patterns that are 3.5¢ per square inch as they are very thread intensive - these patterns will be labeled on the website if they are more than the standard fee. These fees include mounting your quilt and thread.

If your quilt top is 50 inches X 70 inches and your pattern is 3¢ cents per square inch:

50 X 70 = 3,500 square inches

3,500 X .03 = $105.00 (plus tax) for quilting. Thread is included in the price - batting is not.

We use Omni, Glide, and PremoSoft polyester threads.

There are fees for other services as follows:

  • Patterns: If you are unable to select a pattern we have in our library and would like to purchase a pattern from one of the vendors we use, we will add half the price of the pattern (usually $15) to your invoice.

  • Rush Fee: If you require a quicker turnaround time than what is currently available there may be a extra fee of $40.00 to accommodate your request.

If we need to add a special fee to your invoice, you will be notified prior to your quilt being loaded or any of the services being completed so that there are no surprises when you pick up your quilt.

Minimum Charge:

Regardless of the size of your quilt, the minimum charge for quilting services is $40.00.

Batting

We offer 100% cotton (Quilter’s Dream) in Select weight and Deluxe weight. We are happy to discuss these options with you to determine the best fit for your quilt, or you can provide your own batting - just be sure that it matches the backing fabric measurements. *Please note there was a price increase in January 2024 from our vendor.

Pricing:

  • 100% Dream Cotton Select: $14.00 per yard.

  • 100% Dream Cotton Deluxe: $19.00 per yard.
